Products, routines, chat history, and photo metadata are currently stored locally on your device. To remove local app information, use your device’s app-data controls or uninstall the app. This removes local information from that device; Skinvia does not claim to provide a cloud backup or cross-device data store.

The support contact for waitlist-data requests is being configured before the launch list opens. This page will display the verified request address before public collection begins.

Google Play handles Skinvia subscription management. If Pro is available, manage or cancel through Google Play. Removing local app data does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
