SKINVIA FAQ
Clear answers, without the small print feeling small.
Skinvia is made for a thoughtful, personal routine. These answers explain what it does, what it does not promise, and how we think about your data.
Yes. Skinvia Free includes core weekly planning, routine tracking, reminders, 10 products, 10 progress photos, and one routine — with no ads. Pro adds unlimited tracking, profiles, photo comparison, the Skinvia Assistant, safety checks, Shop picks, and PDF exports.
Skinvia is currently building its launch list. We will share launch details with confirmed waitlist members when they are ready, without promising a date before it is confirmed.
The current early-access note is shown in the form and can change before launch. If it is offered, the final instructions arrive through the confirmed waitlist email — never through an unverified claim on the site.
No. Skinvia provides general skincare information for personal routine tracking. It is not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Consult a qualified clinician or dermatologist for medical concerns, severe reactions, prescriptions, or procedure aftercare.
Products, routines, chat history, and photo metadata are currently stored locally on your device. Skinvia does not promise cloud backup or cross-device sync.
The public launch focus is Android first. You can select iPhone on the waitlist so future availability interest is clear, but no iPhone release date is promised.
Skinvia supports shareable routine links and in-app import/review flows. A shared routine should be reviewed in context before it becomes part of someone else’s schedule.
Payment and subscription management are handled through Google Play. Prices may vary by region. Cancel anytime in Google Play.
Some fitting Shop or replenishment links may be affiliate links. Skinvia may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are intended for meaningful gaps, not constant product pushing.
